Venue FAQ
Are food and drink allowed at the venue?
Yes. You can also use the venue's cafeteria during the conference.
Are any meals provided?
A free lunch will be served on both conference days.
Will there be coffee?
We are planning to provide coffee and soft drinks throughout the day.
Are there outlets where I can charge my laptop?
There are outlets throughout the conferene and the open spaces. However, as the number of outlets is limited, please think about other attendees when charging your devices for a longer period.
Can I use a Wifi router at the venue?
No (including mobile routers). Please use the Wireless LAN provided at the venue.
Can I connect to the internet at the venue?
Wireless LAN will be provided.
Is there a break room / area?
There is a separate room for speakers and sponsors. We ask regular attendees to use the cafeteria.
