PyCon JP is the largest annual gathering in Japan for the community using and developing the open-source Python programming language. The conference draws more than 500 people of diverse backgrounds and positions, making it a great chance to introduce and promote your business/organization.

- Opportunity for a promotional booth or session slot in the job fair * The booth space or session slot may not be available depending on the number of higher-grade sponsors. * If available, either a booth or a session slot will be offered. The offer will not be finalized until about 2 weeks before the opening of the conference. * Alternatively, you can secure the offer earlier by applying for Early Commit Option (+50,000 JPY excl. GST). * If you would like to have both the booth and job fair session, please apply for a Gold sponsorship.

Early Commit Option for Silver Sponsors
- 50,000 yen excl. GST
- Available if you apply for Silver sponsorship
- Secures a promotional booth or a session slot in the job fair on your application.
- Please be noted that Silver sponsors without this option will be notified about the availability of a booth/session about 2 weeks before the opening .
ID Badge Strap Sponsorship (Limit:1, Already sponsored)
- 200,000 yen excl. GST
- The sponsor will provide ID badge straps for PyCon JP 2015 participants

Tote Bag Sponsorship (Limit:1, Already sponsored)
- 150,000 yen excl. GST
- The sponsor will provide tote bag for PyCon JP 2015 participants

Soft Drink Sponsorship (Limit:1, Already sponsored)
- 100,000 yen excl. GST
- The sponsor will provide soft drinks(water etc..) during the lunch time.
- In-kind contribution of soft drinks (with the sponsor's logo) is also possible.
- The name of the sponsor name will be displayed around the lunch place.
Coffee Sponsorship (Limit:1)
- 300,000 yen excl. GST
- The sponsor will provide coffee during the break time.
- The name of the sponsor name is displayed around the coffee place.
Snack Sponsorship (Limit:1)
- 50,000 yen excl. GST
- The sponsor will provide snack during break time.
- The name of the sponsor name is displayed around the snack place.
- We can also make snacks with the sponsor's logo on the package (consult us for the fee).
Additional Information
- Is it possible to choose the optional plans without Diamond/Platinum/Gold/Silver sponsorship?
- Optional plans must be applied in conjunction with Diamond/Platinum/Gold/Silver sponsorship.
- Is it possible to pay the sponsor fee for optional plans without providing the actual goods?
- Yes. Please send us the design or logo to be printed, and we will do the rest of work. Please be noted that the logo size and other details will be decided by us.
- Are there any reserved sessions or Lightning talks for the sponsors?
- From PyCon JP 2014, a slot of Lightning talk is reserved only for Diamond Sponsor. For all sessions and the rest of LT talks, please apply separately.
- Do I need to purchase tickets for our staffs to attend my company’s booth or job fair session?
- We will issue special tickets if you let us know the names and the number of your staffs. Anyone with this ticket are not allowed to attend the main sessions or the party.
- What happens after I apply for the sponsorship?
We are planning as follows:

- 1st briefing for sponsoring companies and companies considering sponsorship.
- Mid-Aug.
- 2nd briefing for sponsor companies and companies considering sponsorship.
- About a month before opening.
- Deadline of the sponsorship application
- Late Sept - 2 weeks before opening.
- Finalizing the availability of the booths and job fair session slots for Silver sponsors without Early Commit Option
- Registering the participants for sponsor tickets.
- About 2 weeks before opening.
- Deadline for sponsor’s novelties/goods. (The novelties must be shipped to the appointed address to be bagged in the tote bags)
- About a week before opening.
- Deadline for registering the participants for sponsor tickets and the staffs for attending the promotional booths.
