Description
確率的プログラミングにおける推定法であるマルコフ連鎖に加え、近年、自動変分推論がいくつかのライブラリに実装され、その計算時間の速さにより注目を集めています。本発表では、PyMC3の自動変分推論について紹介します。例として、PyMC3でサポートされているミニバッチ学習と自己符号化変分推論を用いたlatent dirichlet allocationの実装を示します。
