He is teaching Statistics and Signal Processing at Chang Gung University, Taoyuan, Taiwan. He has been doing research in Speech and Language processing for years. He met Python 3 since 2011. He has ever been a speaker in Pycon APAC 2014 and Pycon JP 2015.
